HSM Advertising Appoints Jack Bachinsky Vice President of Advertising and Marketing
1/20/14 -‐ Hamilton, NJ – HSM Advertising, the exclusive in-‐house agency for Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas (Hand & Stone), one of the fastest growing spa franchises in the country, announced today the addition of Jack Bachinsky as Vice President of Advertising and Marketing.
Jack brings to HSM Advertising over twenty five years of marketing and advertising experience growing and leading some of the most iconic brands in franchising. His expertise in creative development, media planning and managing SEO and SEM strategies will help Hand & Stone grow its brand as it moves forward on its nationwide rollout.
Most recently Jack served as Vice President of Marketing for AAMCO Transmissions where he lead all marketing efforts for the 900 unit complete car care chain. At AAMCO he managed all aspects of the
$25 million annual advertising budget including spot media, digital, and direct mail. During his tenure Jack was instrumental in launching new creative positioning and commercials focusing on a transition of the business from transmission only repair to complete car care.
Prior to joining AAMCO, Jack served for almost ten years as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for LA Weight Loss Centers, an international leader in weight loss services. At LA Weight Loss he managed the internal ad agency and rapidly rose through the organization to run franchise marketing for the $350 million, 800-‐unit franchise organization. He developed and executed annual and multi-‐year brand growth plans and directed efforts to implement marketing programs across the franchise system.

HSM Advertising also announced that Nicole Sulock has joined HSM Advertising as an Account Executive. Nicole was most recently a Senior Media Analyst at R2C Group and prior that served for five years as an Account Executive at the in-‐house ad agency for Goddard Schools, the nationwide chain of child development centers. Nicole will be focused on media buying and strategic marketing planning and implementation for Hand & Stone locations.
